Attached is a document that lists the graduate seminars that have been offered in the last nine years with the number of students in each class. Since there is no grad course listing, this is at least helpful for seeing what classes have existed in the past as we start working on plans of study, etc.

For those of you on Facebook and interested in staying informed on the “goings on” of the Purdue Graduate Student Government, here’s the link to their Facebook page. It looks like it’s in its infancy, but I think once it gets more play it could be useful. Apparently you can RSVP for events and seminars, the first of which is the “How to Publish in Academic Journals, which should be useful to most.

I have revised the list of journals found under the ‘Research’ heading to include a list that Rahul Mitra sent, which organizes journals by subject area. You may want to download the revised file as well, as it lists some journals that were not included in the original file.
