The conference will feature recent communication research, teaching ideas, a keynote speech from an area scholar, professional development, and more. Keynote (1:35-2:25 p.m.): This year’s keynote will be delivered by Dr. Jeremy Fyke, an assistant professor at the Diederich College of Communication at Marquette University. He earned his Ph.D. from Purdue University in 2011. His research focuses on consulting and leadership development in the service of social change, broader discourses of social change and sustainability, organizational identity, and meaningful work. His research explores possibilities for positive individual, organizational, and societal transformation. Find out more about his research here.
