Use the comment feature to voice your thoughts on the proposed new college. Although the comment form requests your name and email, if you are uncomfortable supplying that information you can make up a pseudonym and a fake email address.

I have revised the list of journals found under the ‘Research’ heading to include a list that Rahul Mitra sent, which organizes journals by subject area. You may want to download the revised file as well, as it lists some journals  that were not included in the original file.
